Judith A. Feirn, age 78, of Eau Claire, died unexpectedly on Sunday, October 20, 2024 at her daughters home.

Judy was born August 7, 1946 to the late Joseph and Frances (Faulkes) Jobe in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. She graduated from Regis High School. Following graduation, she began her lifelong career at RCU being one of their first employees. Throughout her career she held many different positions (teller, loan officer, branch manager) while making lifelong, dear friendships with her RCU co-workers and members.

Judy loved being on the water - from the many years living on Clear Lake to boating on the Mississippi to fishing the Great Lakes on the "Judith Ann". She made many trips to warm, coastal locations with family and friends to relax on the beach and enjoy a pina colada.

She married Thomas Hibbard and together had their daughter, Colleen. They later divorced. On December 2, 1983, she married William Feirn.

She enjoyed watching and cheering on the Wisconsin sports teams and anything her grandsons played from basketball to football to rugby. To Judy, family was everything; especially her grandchildren. Her smile and warm heart will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.

Judy is survived by her daughter, Colleen (Kevin) Kastel; grandchildren, Cody, Joseph and Jesse Kastel; sisters, Kathy Hoepener and Ann (Bob) Quast; brother, Peter (Jessi) Jobe; many special nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William; her parents; and brother-in-law, Tom Hoepener.
