Celebration of Life:  11:00 a.m. Thursday August 8, 2024 at Evergreen Funeral Home with the Chaplain Michelle Earls officiating.

Visitation:  1 hour prior to the service.

Interment:  Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire.

Sadie Eloise Alf, age 85, of Eau Claire, died on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at Our House Assisted Living in Chippewa Falls. 

Sadie was born December 3, 1938 to the late Clarence and Sadie (Phillips) Tanner in Owensboro, Kentucky. On April 14, 1968 she married Hollis "Holly" Alf in Las Vegas, Nevada. She enjoyed traveling, reading, chocolate and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her sons, Larry and Barry Tanner; daughter, Kim (Jim) Pederson; grandchildren, Kayla, Shawna (Billy), Dezra, Brandon, Alex, and Rachel; 13 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Sadie was preceded in death by her husband, Hollis "Holly"; son, William "Bill"; and many brothers and sisters.
